Meraki is a Greek word. It's about what you make when you put your soul into it: your craft and your own signature. That's what people here do. We handle the rest.
Once you deliver your work through the order portal, the client confirms receipt. If they don't, the payment releases automatically after 48 hours. Your earnings then sit in your Merakio balance, and you withdraw them to your bank whenever you want. Most withdrawals arrive within one to two business days. Your very first payout can take about seven days while Stripe verifies your account, but only that first time.
Free costs €0 per month, with a 5% platform fee on each completed order instead. Personal is €29 per month and Business is €69 per month, both with no platform fee on your sales. Every order also carries a flat €0.50 service fee your client pays at checkout. No other hidden costs.
If a client opens a dispute, Merakio contacts both parties and mediates by hand. We look at the case, the messages, and the delivered work and work toward a fair outcome. As a professional, you're protected as long as you deliver what you promised.
You can offer digital services on all plans. Appointment services, where clients book a time slot, come with the Business plan.
